Started at the Coffee Shop (part 3)

I walked back to behind the counter; i couldn't stop smiling! "What happened?" begged Scdawg. I laughed and whispered, "Girlfriend.. boyfriend." Then we both started happily jumping up and down. I heard someone coming down the stairs; it was the boss. "Cheroes, Scdawg, we have a new worker here. Her name is Manny. I expect you help her with her 1st day of work and show plenty of respect." Then, a very pretty brown haired girl walked downstairs, "Girls, this is Manny." She was pretty and i could tell she was going to be nice. "Who is she working with?" asked Scdawg. The boss nodded towards me. Yes!

So the whole rest of the day i got to teach Manny how to make cream soda and cruissants and how to fix the coffee machine because it always breaks and how to make sure cookies are cooked on the outside and the inside, and lots more! She was very nice to me.

That night, I completelly forgot how rude Snickers was to me when i talked to him in private! He said that 'Scdawg is mine'. So i invited Scdawg over to talk to her. Scdawg walked in and i called to her, "I'm in the livingroom!" Scdawg walked in the living room and sat on a couch across from me. "I talked to Snickers in private the other day. I said that i felt left out and all cause you guys were all hook-armed and all these other stuff. But then he said like 'Scdawg is mine' and he completelly took you like taking candy from a puffle! I was angry but then Max came and i just got all caught up and forgot to tell you, I'm over it now... but i thought you deserved to know that your boyfriend is a bit... overpowering." Scdawg looked at the ground and nodded, "Well... i can break up with him... if you want me to." I stood up quickly when she said that, "No! No! No! I can tell he makes you happy! Oh... he also said you talked behind my back and said I was pushy and annoying... but he makes you SO happy!" Scdawg took up and hugged me. Phew! Glad that's off my chest.

The next day at work, the most amazing this happened:

Snickers: Scdawg.... we've been dating for a few weeks now and i really feel like we've clicked. You're sweet and generous and you always think about other people.

Scdawg: Aww... thanks... i feel like we've clicked too.

Snickers: I talked to your parents last night on the phone... and asked them if i could take your hand in marriage.

Scdawg: Uhh... okay... what did they say?

Snickers: Yes

Scdawg: Well i saw no... i don't wanna marry anyone... I'm only 13... but i mean... we can be boyfriend and girlfriend... well no... not even boyfriend and girlfriend I'm sorry Snickers but i am not a prize to be won and if i was, i do not want to be won by you

Scdawg ran over to me and hugged me, a tear ran down her cheek. After work, we went to the beach and sat on the sand, "I broke up with Max... it was all too fast." Scdawg started singing a song we wrote when we were kids:

Scdawg: When we get older, life will change, things won't always be the same

Cheroes: I'll have to let you go someday, but i will learn to not let go

Scdawg: When the sunlight turns completelly dark

Cheroes: When the happiness has turned to sad

Both: I will be there.... for you... These mountains will keep rolling even if we try to knock them down! Climbing them is all too hard so i try to stay on the ground. I need you to help me not rise in anger... i need you... i need you... i...

Then we both started crying together. Tears ran down our face and we both said. "Friendship"
